This morning I had to just stop and take a picture. The sun was rising over the levee and it was breathtaking. Daylight Savings Time will kick in this weekend and soon I will be back to driving to work in the dark but for a few days this week, at least, I will be able to enjoy the growing sun during my early commute. I totally get why early humans worshipped the sun.
