We lost a good human being this week. Someone whose personality could not be contained in his five foot nothing frame. Ira’s smile exploded over his face, his eyes pierced into your being and his laugh rippled out of his soul and energized all who were near him.
Ira’s passion for life, justice and good fun were unmatched. He was a musician and a baseball lover. He held court over his own little section of the Giants AT&T Park and although I did not know him well or for very long, I count myself among the many who were truly lucky to have known this sweet, intelligent, happy, gentle man.
